Side Effects Productions is a full-service production company. From location to studio, film to High Definition video, we also produce in the cost effective DV and DVCAM formats. With a full production studio and staff we provide other services such as digital photography, DVD production, web sites and audio recording.

Side Effects Productions started out as a film and video production company in 1995. Located in Alpine Meadows (Lake Tahoe) California, our main focus was to provide writing, shooting, graphics and editing to a finished product for delivery.

After numerous requests from our clients for other services such as creative development of print media and web sites, we expanded with additional equipment and staff. Side Effects Productions has become a media company providing ALL media services under one roof.

In February 2004, Side Effects Productions began construction on a new facility located just outside Truckee, California to meet the growing demand of its services. The new facility includes all the previous amenities in a much more spacious environment.

The new studio features:
• Two new edit bays
• A new six person sound booth used for radio and voice-over sessions
• Private client work area with phones, high- speed internet and LAN connections
• The most up-to-date software packages
• Client media storage and archive
• 10 private wooded acres with mountain views, horses and winter snow available for location shooting
• Production truck parking
• Production office and kitchen
